Shangqiu Ruikong Instrument Co., Ltd., located in Shangqiu City, Henan Province, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Liuhe and serves as its core manufacturing base. The facility covers an area of more than 34,000 square meters and is supported by a highly skilled machining workforce of over 100 personnel, including more than 30 senior technicians with over 20 years of hands-on manufacturing experience. The manufacturing team possesses comprehensive process capabilities and extensive production experience, covering CNC turning, CNC milling, gantry machining centers, deep-hole drilling and boring, gun drilling, laser cladding, shot peening, wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM), and electrical discharge machining (EDM). Automated production lines are also deployed to ensure consistency and efficiency. Liuhe specializes in the professional machining and manufacture of drilling inclination tools and drill collar products, strictly complying with API standards and manufacturing specifications, and is capable of delivering a complete one-stop solution from raw material machining through final assembly and functional testing.

We operate fully equipped cleanroom facilities and specialized laboratories, enabling the assembly and testing of complex and high-precision mechanical assemblies, motor assemblies, downhole sensors, and quartz flexible accelerometer.

As a high-tech enterprise and a national champion in the manufacturing sector, Beijing Liuhe Greatness Technology Co., Ltd. has long been deeply committed to the field of downhole drilling measurement and control instruments. Focusing on the dual goals of capacity enhancement and quality improvement, and in order to further strengthen its core competitiveness and meet global customers’ demand for high-precision products, the company is investing RMB 200 million to build a new production workshop north of its existing plant. The new workshop is expected to be officially put into operation in December 2026, with an annual production capacity of over 600 sets of drill collar instruments. This will significantly improve the company’s production efficiency and market response capability, inject strong momentum into its strategic development, and better serve drilling construction needs in fields such as oilfields and mines.

The new workshop has a floor area of over 22,000 m², covering 20 mu of land. It is equipped with advanced production and inspection equipment to ensure product precision and production efficiency:

a. Automated production lines: improving production efficiency and ensuring product consistency;
b. High-precision drill collar housing processing equipment: 45 units of advanced CNC equipment to meet precision machining requirements;
c. Horizontal optical comparators and roughness profilometers: high-precision inspection equipment to ensure product dimensions and surface quality.

The workshop is also equipped with high-precision inspection devices such as coordinate measuring machines, horizontal optical comparators, and roughness profilometers, ensuring that every product undergoes strict quality control and meets industry standards. All products are precisely measured and inspected to guarantee high reliability and stability.

The new workshop not only enhances the company’s existing production capacity but also provides ample space for future capacity expansion and technological upgrades. By introducing advanced equipment and automated production lines, the workshop will optimize production processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve production efficiency, providing solid support for the company’s competitiveness in the global market.
